Little Otters,
Time to strap on your rugby cleats, pull on your rugby shorts, tighten up your belt and flags and play some
rugby!  The 2015 Narberth Flag Rugby season is right around the corner and we are looking forward to having
you back for another exciting season. Each summer our program has grown and we are looking forward to
doing the same this summer.  Please send this information to family and friends who you think would be
interested in joining us as we bring the fastest growing sport in the world to Narberth Park.  Our program is
designed to be a fun and exciting learning experience for all players, novice and veteran. Please contact Coach
Robb DeLuca at [email protected] with questions, or view our website atwww.narberthrugby.org
for registration and program information.

Please Slow Down and Stop.
Remember to come to a complete stop at designated stop signs in the Borough. Our children rely on you to
completely stop (hey you, no rolling) for their safety.

Thirteen-Year-Old Student Starts Recycling Project to Raise Money for Charity

Jacob Gottesman, a seventh-grade student at Bala Cynwyd Middle School, has started
a project to recycle juice pouches to raise money for charity. He is asking people to bring their empty
aluminum and plastic juice pouches—such as Capri Sun and Honest Kid—to Narberth Park, where the
pouches will be collected and recycled by TerraCycle (Terracyle.com). There are two yellow collection bins at
the park, one by the playground and one by the small baseball field. The collection will continue through the
summer.
This project is important because it keeps trash out of landfills and increases awareness about recycling, and
for every juice pouch collected,  $.02 is donated to charity. So bring all your empty juice pouches and throw
them in the collection bins, and spread the word to your friend and neighbors.   Take advantage of this
excellent opportunity, and recycle your juice pouches now!

donations to the Narberth Food Bank, the Narberth Community Library has become a Drop Off point for
donations.  There is a receptacle just inside the library front door, in front of the circulation desk. We hope this
will make it easier for library patrons and other Narberth citizens to drop off much needed donations at a time
that is convenient for them.  The library is open from 10:00 to 8:00 - Monday thru Thursday and 10:00 to 5:00

to the food bank at the Narberth Family Resource Center. The needs change regularly, and so will this list. I
hope this will facilitate more efficient giving. Please remember the food bank! Even just a few extra cans or
items from a trip makes a difference. There is significant and regular need right here in Lower Merion &
